At Kamawell Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items purchased during special offers or discounts (unless damaged or incorrect)


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be shared.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
